Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for participating in Peelblue by PeelBlue INC

Amount added in the Peelblue app account of the user can’t be refunded back to the user. The amounts can be used only for participating in contests and other activities within the application. The user is not permitted to cancel the transaction which has been confirmed and coins equivalent to user deposit have been added to the user’s Peelblue wallet.

The refund is only applicable to the deposit coins collected for the purpose of participating in contests in below scenarios where is the refund happens to the respective wallet from which the deposit coins we deducted from,

Match is cancelled
Selected players in a team Did Not Play (DNP) and there is only 0 or 1 valid players in the team, which cannot be evaluated

PeelBlue reserves the right to refund any coins or amount at its sole discretion. There could be deduction or any applicable charges or taxes.

Peelblue reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to modify all or any portion of these Cancellation and Refund policies at any time without incurring any liability or obligation whatsoever to the User or any other person or entity.

The following definitions are applicable for the usage of Peelblue or its services.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to PeelBlue INC,

Service refers to the contests and activities on Peelblue Website or app.

Website refers to Peelblue, accessible from https://peelblue.in/

Apps refers to Peelblue mobile app, accessible from https://peelblue.in/peelblue.apk for android and other versions that could be soon launched in Play store and App store.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You cannot cancel any games, contests, tournaments successfully participated, game coins deposited or amount deposited in Peelblue app. In case of a technical issue and game play points are not loaded, You can raise a request and the game play points would be added to the wallet.
