CardFolio Community Guidelines

1. Introduction
These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") describe acceptable user behaviour on CardFolio, operated by
PeelBlue Inc. (India Operations).
By using CardFolio, you agree to comply with these Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings,
restrictions, account suspension, or permanent removal.
2. Respectful Behaviour
Users must maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.
Not permitted:
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or targeting individuals
- Hate speech or discrimination (religion, caste, gender, region, ethnicity, etc.)
- Abusive, obscene, or offensive language
- Spamming or abusing support channels
- Attempts to intimidate sellers, buyers, or staff
CardFolio will act against any behaviour that creates a hostile or unsafe environment.
3. Honest & Authentic Participation
Users must behave truthfully. Prohibited activities include:
- Creating multiple accounts for manipulation
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to bypass KYC or platform checks
- Impersonating another individual or entity
- Circumventing platform rules or restrictions
Dishonest behaviour can lead to immediate suspension.
4. Marketplace Integrity
To maintain a fair marketplace, users must not:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items
- Manipulate prices, bids, or offers
- Upload misleading photos
- Coordinate with others to artificially influence item values
- Engage in scams or fraudulent transactions
CardFolio may remove any listing that violates marketplace standards.
5. Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited:
- Fraud or unauthorized chargebacks
- Hacking attempts, exploiting bugs, or manipulating systems
- Uploading harmful code or unsafe external links
- Using bots, automation, scripts, or scraping tools
- Abuse of vulnerabilities or platform loopholes
- Engaging in activities that violate Indian law
Serious violations may result in permanent account bans.
6. Intellectual Property Compliance
Users must not:
- Upload photos or content that they do not own
- Use someone else's trademark, brand assets, or copyrighted images
- Copy product descriptions or materials without permission
We reserve the right to remove infringing content.
7. Safe Buying & Selling Practices
Users are responsible for:
- Reviewing item details before purchase
- Listing items truthfully
- Communicating politely and professionally
- Providing correct redemption/shipping address
- Following the Refund & Cancellation Policy
Disputes should be reported to support immediately.
8. Reporting Problems
Users should report:
- Suspicious listings
- Fraudulent user behaviour
- Security concerns
- Violations of these Guidelines
Reports will be handled confidentially and swiftly.
9. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity, CardFolio may:
- Issue warnings
- Remove listings or content
- Temporarily restrict account actions
- Permanently ban the account
- Pursue legal action (in cases involving fraud, scams, or abuse)
10. Guideline Updates
These Guidelines may change over time. Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
