CardFolio Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how CardFolio ("we", "us", "our"), operated by
PeelBlue Inc. (India Operations), handles refunds and cancellations for purchases made on the CardFolio
application and platform ("Service").
By using CardFolio, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Nature of Transactions on CardFolio
CardFolio is a digital collectibles marketplace.
Many items are unique and value-sensitive; therefore:
- Most transactions are final and non-refundable.
- Specific product types (e.g., instant buy, vending-style drops) may have additional rules presented
at purchase.
3. Refund Policy for Marketplace Purchases
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Payment deducted but order failed due to a verified technical error
- Duplicate payment caused by a system glitch
- Payment successful but order not completed due to platform failure
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item selection
- Price/value fluctuation after purchase
- Misunderstanding or misreading an accurate listing
- Successfully completed transactions
- Claims submitted without valid evidence
CardFolio is not responsible for buyer–seller disagreements arising from condition expectations, unless
explicitly covered under platform policies.
4. Vending Machine / Instant Buy Products
If CardFolio introduces instant-buy or vending-style features:
- All sales may be final.
- Once an item is revealed, assigned, or delivered to your account, refunds will not be issued.
- Randomized outcomes cannot be reversed.
- Any exceptions will be shown clearly at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds for Failed Payments
If a payment fails but the amount is debited:
- Banks/payment gateways typically refund within 3–7 working days.
- CardFolio will assist in tracking, but bank delays are outside our control.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- The marketplace seller has accepted the order
- The transaction has been completed
- A randomized/instant item is revealed
- An auction or drop has been finalized
Cancellations may be granted only when:
- The order is technically stuck in "pending" state
- The seller has not accepted or shipped the item
- A verified system error prevented completion
7. Refund Process & Timelines
If approved:
- Refund initiation: within 5–7 working days
- Bank credit reflection: depends on bank/gateway
- Some refunds may be issued as CardFolio Wallet Credits
- You will be notified once processing is complete.
8. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Removal from the platform
- Reversal of previously issued refunds
- Potential legal action (in severe or repeated cases)
Important: Users must contact support first before raising disputes with their bank.
